Music To Move To
The Bare Toed Company cd, is a collection of original music
written and produced by Keith Mills of Shed Studio in collaboration with various
local musicians and vocalists.

Birth Moves
Also featuring shed studio music, is a cd for pregnant women on
which Lynn Campbell, the company's very own Active Birth teacher,
guides gentle movement to help maintain health and prepare for the birth.

What we like about Keith's music is that it appeals to all generations - the kids
love it because it captures their imagination and inspires them to move and the
adults like it because it has a good groove and doesn't sound like nursery rhymes!
It works particularly well for movement sessions because it is fun and funky and
creates a mood without dictating a theme.
